Andair produce a range of high quality fuel selectors for both 3/8” and 1/2” fuel pipe systems. All Andair fuel selectors incorporate a positive stop button which helps prevent the pilot from inadvertently switching off the fuel. To switch the fuel OFF a button must be raised.
Inside the valve there are PTFE glands that comfortably seal against a highly polished ball valve, giving rise to a beautifully smooth, leak free operation. Viton “O” rings seal the valve against leaking. Each product is tested to 100 psi.
These valves are made from rugged yet lightweight aircraft grade aluminium and chromic-anodised for protection.
Many so called low cost fuel valves have a habit of seizing, for peace of mind it makes sense to have these excellent fuel valves fitted to your aircraft, they are the best!
There are currently 4 types available from us for 3/8” pipe, other sizes can be specially ordered. We usually stock valves with female fittings. These will take AN816-6D for metal pipe or AN840-6D for push on hose.
