PR1005L is a ready to use synthetic rubber solution, packed in ½ litre tins. The compound is red in colour and cures at room temperature by the evaporation of the solvent, we recommend at least two coats of sealant are applied. The sealant is a tough, flexible, transparent film and has excellent resistance to all aromatic and petroleum based fuels, oils and weather ageing. It is also resistant to 0.5% mercaptans in JP-3 fuel. Use MEK as a solvent.
